It’s the perfect escape for morning coffee, afternoon tea, pre-prandial drinks or post-dinner conversation. While the world-famous Royal and Ancient Golf Club is a short walk away, you can also enjoy the glorious Botanical Gardens, bird watch on the Eden Estuary, see the colourful fish at their Aquarium, explore the castle ruins and enjoy a drink at Ma Bells pub.
Facilities and capacity
Comfortably seating up to 100 people for dinner and 160 for dancing is the impressive Ballroom which also holds its own private bar. Smaller and more intimate weddings are more suited for the delightful and serene Macallan Boardroom located at the front of the hotel. It overlooks the astounding views of the West Sands and bay and can host private dining for 20 guests or 30 for drink receptions. The room may also be used for civil ceremonies. Banquet halls are available as well as disabled access.
If you choose their hotel for your venue, you will have the entire building for your own personal use. Their diligent staff will work with you to make sure that everything is running smoothly. Banquets, ceremonies, music, drinks and private catering are also offered.
